There was open communication about every single dollar we would spend, clear expectations through every step of the mortgage process from applying, all the way to our close date. Where to begin? Hmmm. My experience with Jamison Biron of Blue Water Mortgage and the team of professionals exceeded our expectations on our journey to owning our own first home. Jamison is a wealth of knowledge. Not only assisting us from beginning to end in all phases , he educated us along the way. About a year ago we began our journey. We had many questions and Jamison had answers. We truly were clueless when it came to home buying. Jamison gave us guidance to achieve what was needed first before applying for a loan. Like setting goals and how to achieve those goals, in order to begin and qualify for a loan. So much more involved in homeownership than one would think. Jamison assisted in every step of the way. I really believe , if it were not, for Jamison and his guidance and his expertise we may not of been able to obtain our dream and journey into homeownership.
